Information Kit

Soon after enrollment you will receive the Information/Collection Kit. You can complete the Information Kit online, or you can return the paperwork to StemStore by mail.

Collection Kit

Baby teeth can be allowed to fall out naturally, or they can be extracted. Extracted teeth provide the best opportunity for recovering healthy dental pulp. The collection kit will include detailed instructions for you and your dentist. Please carefully review these instructions. The time immediately after the tooth has fallen out or has been extracted is critical.

Contact Us

Your tooth will be placed by your Dentist in a secure package. Please notify us as soon as possible, and will will immediately dispatch a private courier to your site to pick up your package.

Rest Assured

You will immediately be notified when your precious tooth arrives at StemStore. Your tooth will then begin the careful journey of processing and cryopreservation. You will receive a detailed report of every step until your stem cells are in their secure new resting place.

Detailed Lab Results

You will soon be contacted by a representative regarding your comprehensive laboratory results. We test for viability, sterility and total cell count.
