Enrolling with StemStore is easy. You can enroll online, by phone, or by mail.

Information Kit

Soon after enrollment, our friendly Customer Service Representative will send you our Information Kit. You can complete the Information Kit online, or you can return the paperwork to StemStore by mail.

Collection Kit

The collection kit will include detailed instructions for you and your physician. You will review these instructions with your physician, and place the Collection Kit in your pre-packed hospital bag.

Bedside Pick-Up

As soon as you notify us of your precious baby's arrival, we will immediately dispatch a private courier to your bedside to pick up your baby's cord blood.

Rest Assured

The rest is up to us! You will be notified when your baby's cord blood arrives at StemStore. Your baby's cord blood will then begin the careful journey of processing and cryopreservation.

Detailed Lab Results

You will soon be contacted by a representative regarding your baby's comprehensive laboratory results. We test for viability, sterility and total cell count.
