Enrolling with StemStore is easy. You can enroll online, by phone, or by mai.l Upon enrollment, a customer service representative will be in contact with you to assist you with creating your individualized plan.

Information Kit

Soon after enrollment, our friendly Customer Service Representative will send you our Information Kit. You can complete the Information Kit online, or you can return the paperwork to StemStore by mail.

Collection Kit

Please remember to inform your physician that you have chosen to collect and store your stem cells with StemStore Technologies. The collection kit will include detailed instructions for you and your physician. Please carefully review these instructions prior to your planned procedure.

Contact Us

Your stem cells will be placed by your physician in a secure package. Please notify us as soon as possible, and will will immediately dispatch a private courier to your site to pick up your package.

Rest Assured

The rest is up to us! You will be notified when your package arrives at StemStore. Your stem cells will then begin the careful journey of processing and cryopreservation. You will receive a detailed report of every step until your stem cells are in their secure new resting place.

Detailed Lab Results

You will soon be contacted by a representative regarding your comprehensive laboratory results. We test for viability, sterility and total cell count.
